MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) technology combines biological treatment with membrane separation to achieve efficient wastewater purification. The MBR system integrates membrane filtration with the traditional activated sludge process, representing an advanced solution for wastewater and industrial wastewater treatment. Thanks to the membrane's filtration function, the biomass is completely retained in the bioreactor, allowing for a full separation of hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT). This enables the system to maintain a high concentration of mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS), resulting in excellent pollutant removal efficiency.

Coupled membrane and biological treatment process: Front-end membrane modules efficiently capture suspended solids and biomass, while the back-end bioreactor stage deeply degrades COD, BOD, and ammonia nitrogen. The treated water meets discharge standards or can be directly reused.

24/7 automatic operation: The equipment supports continuous, all-day operation. Normal production can be maintained during holidays without on-site supervision, significantly reducing labor costs.
